How Our Rental Process Works

At Pooja Rental Dress & Jewellery, we make renting stylish outfits simple, affordable, and convenient for every occasion. From designer lehengas to elegant gowns, trendy jewellery, and men’s outfits, our platform allows you to explore the latest fashion without heavy investment. Our goal is to provide a smooth rental experience with high-quality, well-maintained products for weddings, parties, and special events.

We deliver outfits across cities through reliable courier services from our store. Each product listed on our website includes detailed images, pricing, and security deposit information so you can make the right choice. You can select your favorite outfit and contact us directly on WhatsApp to confirm availability, size, and booking details.

For bookings, customers need to pay the rental amount in advance to confirm their order. The security deposit is paid at the time of dispatch and is fully refundable once the product is returned in proper condition. We ensure all outfits are cleaned, maintained, and ready to wear for your special occasion.

You will receive your selected outfit 1–2 days before your event, allowing enough time for fitting and preparation. After your event, you can return the outfit the next day through courier or visit our store directly. Return courier charges are to be managed by the customer, while we take care of one-side delivery for your convenience.

We also provide size adjustments based on your measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Our team is always available on call or WhatsApp to assist you with any queries, bookings, or customization needs.
